Your Electric Trolley FAQs Answered
When I Connect the Battery Plug to the Caddy and Turn the Main Switch on, the Battery Indicator Lights Do Not Come on?
a) Inspect if the battery case is good or not.
b) Open the back of the handle with a screwdriver. Make sure the handle line plug is in the right position on the handle electronic board. It will happen when the line of the caddy is not connected in the right position.
The Caddy's Main Switch is on, and All Battery Indicator Lights Are on, but the Caddy Does Not Run, or ONE Motor Does Not Run?
Please check the motor connectors on the controller box and if connector pins are in the correct position.
The Trolley Stops by Itself?
Please check the battery power. Also, the controller box has a shut-down function if the battery is too low or the controller is overheating. (in addition, if you do not press any button on the remote control golf trolley within 40 seconds, the trolley will stop by itself; it is a safe function.)
The Caddy Tracks to ONE Side?
Please make sure that the weight distribution of your golf bag is balanced on the caddy. To adjust the tracking, loosen the axle screw of the front wheel, and adjust the wheel position accordingly. Please check the below photos; you will understand it. For example, if the cart goes to the left, you need to adjust the wheel shift to the right a little.
I Lost My Remote Control Handset, or the Cart Lost Contact With the Remote Control. What Shall I Do?
You can purchase a new remote handset from your trolley dealer or manufacturer. After you receive your new remote handset, please connect the battery to the trolley. Turn the main switch to the ON position; remote control power is on too. Then press the forward button on the remote transmitter until the caddy moves (around 20 seconds, or try it again), and a new remote handset is OK.
By the way, if your remote control loses contact with the cart, you also can program it like the above steps.

WARNING: PLEASE FOLLOW ALL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS AND READ THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU OPERATE THE CADDY
When two or more people use the cart together, please do not put on the power at the same time on the handle control system; the interval is 5 seconds. The first cart leaves in the first 5 seconds, the second cart leaves in the second five seconds... Drives out in sequence. This is to prevent the wrong pairing between the trolley and remote control, which will cause the remote control to control the cart chaotically.

- Important Notes – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Change the remote control batteries once the indicator LED gets weak. The remote control uses two 1.5V AAA batteries available in any supermarket, drugstore, or electronics store
It is recommended to keep a set of extra batteries ready as a replacement.
To change the batteries open up the battery compartment cover and place the batteries according to the diagram in the battery compartment
The remote control system is designed so it does not interfere with other electric caddies.
The maximum range of the remote control varies between 80-120 yards, depending on the battery charge, obstacles, atmospheric conditions, power lines, and the topography of the course.
It is strongly recommended to operate the caddy at a maximum range not exceeding 40 m in order to prevent the loss of control of the unit!
Please do not let the charger connect to the power all the time; if you do not need to charge the battery, please pull out the charger.
Please do not charge the battery for more than 8 hours.
If your cart's battery is empty, please fix 2 rear wheels into the outside groove on the motor axle; you can use it like a pushcart. If you push the cart but 2 wheels are into the inside groove, it will shorten controller life as of current!!! also lead to the remote control losing contact with the cart.
PLEASE CHARGE THE BATTERY FULL BEFORE USING IT ON THE GOLF COURSE.
5, Battery Use and Care
PLEASE OBEY THESE PRECAUTIONS FOR BATTERY USE & CHARGING
- a) Please do not charge the battery in a sealed container or in an upside-down position. It is recommended to charge the battery in a well-ventilated area.
- b) Please do not charge the battery near a heater or where heat accumulation may occur or in direct sunshine.
- c) In order to prolong the service life of the battery, please avoid complete discharge and charge the battery after every use. When the trolley is not in use for an extended period of time, it is recommended to charge the battery once a month.
- d) The battery's poles' red colour stands for positive and the black for negative. In case of battery replacement, please reconnect the poles of the battery correctly. Otherwise, your caddy could suffer severe damage.
- e) Please do not disassemble the battery or throw it into a fire. EXPLOSION!!!
NEVER TOUCH THE ELECTRIC POLES OF THE BATTERY!! SAFETY HAZARD!!
- f) Charge the battery following the information from the charger sticker.
- g) If you are not using the trolley, please take away the battery from the trolley. And charge the battery to full when stocking it.
6, Electronic Systems
Safety Protection:
When the temperature of the controller box reaches its upper limit in case of an overload, it will automatically shut down to cool off.
Microprocessor-Controlled Electronics System:
When you connect the battery, the electronics system will automatically run through a start-up routine. Then you can press the main OFF/ON switch on the handle. The battery charge indicator lights will show you the charge level of the battery from green (fully charged) to red (discharged).
Important: The electronics controller box contains no user-serviceable parts. Therefore, it is sealed to reduce the risk of moisture entering and impacting the electronic system. Breaking this seal increases the risk of damaging the electronics and decreasing the reliability of your caddy. DO NOT attempt to open the controller case. Doing so will void the warranty!
Battery Operation and Care:
Follow battery charge and maintenance instructions. The battery comes with leads and a connector and a 30 or 40 Ah fuse.
WARNING
- It is strongly recommended to operate the cart at a maximum range not exceeding 40 m in order to prevent the loss of control of the unit. Please charge the battery full before you use the cart.
- Please do not let the charger connect to the power all the time; if you do not need to charge the battery, please pull out the charger. Please do not charge the battery for more than 8 hours.
- If your cart's battery is empty, please fix 2 rear wheels into the outside groove on the motor axle; you can use it like a pushcart. If you push the cart but 2 wheels are into the inside groove, it will shorten controller life as of now!!! also lead to the remote control and lose the contact with the cart.
- If you do not use the trolley, please take away the battery from the trolley; if the battery is connected with the trolley always, the standby also consumes power of the battery; it will let the battery power less and less until the battery empties to death.
- Charging the battery to full before stocking it. And if the cart is stocked exceeding 60 days, you should take out the battery and charge it fully, then stock it again, or the battery will be dead as of the empty power.
- If you do not use the remote control, please be sure to remove the small battery inside the remote control, because the small battery will leak or rot, which is stored in the remote control for a long time, resulting in damage to the remote control.
